As I have previously mentioned, simple organization of speech can potentially save us a great deal of time and effort. If you have just started the journey of interpretation, you are well-advised to employ a fewer number of words in order to convey your idea to the audience. Should you achieve a higher level of competence, you will have greater freedom to elaborate and decorate your speech, through which the audience may experience better emphasis and greater emotional resonance. There is a spectrum of how much or little you may want to simplify your speech. The priority should be placed upon completion, after which is accuracy, after which is articulation.

Or, said in a simpler way:

Like I said, simple speech organization saves us much time and effort. If you just started interpretation, use simpler and fewer words to get your point across. Once you get a hang of it, feel free to elaborate and decorate your speech for better emphasis and impact. There’re no hard and fast rules, but aim for completion, then accuracy, then beauty.
